This came to my attention from several different fronts. A blogger and mother wrote a post about the crush that her young son has on Blaine, a character on the television show, Glee!. Read the original post here.
She received a lot of feedback and posted a response to the Huffington Post that discusses the comments people wrote to her original post as well as her perspective on homophobic language and its effect on kids, including elementary school-aged children.
